Totties Place at Wye River

The living room was so comfortable. Soft modern leather lounge ideal for reading the paper, magazines or relaxing with the mohair throw over your feet watching a movie. The TV was an excellent size for the room, and the surround sound stereo made the experience theatre like. A huge selection of videos and DVD’s in the drawers kept the kids entertained non stop, we enjoyed the magazines, and my husband loved the PlayStation II.

Reverse cycle heating/ cooling enabled us to sit back and relax without having to build fires, collect firewood, and most importantly, it allowed us to maintain a constant heat throughout the whole house.

Back home in Tassie to rain & snow on the farm. Thanks so much for Totties Place we had a great stay. Our son in his last year architecture degree was very impressed with Totties & the degree of difficulty it must have taken to build the place. The whole family were fascinated with the koala bears. Used the fishing rods & caught 2 bream 3 mullet & a salmon. Weather was against us but for our purposes Totties was ideal. Thanks again for the stay in that special place Totties. Cheers

I just wanna drop you a note, to compliment you on the wonderful place that you have. It was beyond what we were expecting, and just simply amazing!

We had a very good time while we were in there, thoroughly enjoying ourselves. And like you said, I wish we could spend more time there. It is just amazing, sitting on the deck, listening to the crashing waves and sipping some botrytis.

We have an extremely enjoyable night there, and I am looking forward to spending more time in your place on my next trip.

We loved the main dining room, the deck and the living room. I will always have the image in my mind of the Wye River Point seen through the trees from the huge corner window in the living room. The green of the trees, the blue of the water and the white crests of the waves hitting the rocks. At night it was lovely to look down on the town lights.

We were also pleased that the location of Totties was not on the pub side of Wye River where you are facing the rising sun. For us (with young kids) this meant we were not up at the crack of dawn and the house was not in full sun all day.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at Totties. The house itself looks outstanding, but when you look through the main window, it blows your mind - the view is awesome!

Since I come from The Netherlands, this is something totally unreal to me.

Then there are the birds flying around everywhere, and you can even feed them on the balcony of Totties!

At night you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean and the birds - paradise!
